We ship out USPS first class, priority, or express. For international orders, you must upgrade to priority or express to receive tracking information once it leaves the USA. I have no control over the postal service, so if you have an issue with a package please contact your local postal service.
If for any reason your connectors were damaged in transit, don't worry...send me a picture of the damage so I can call USPS and I will promptly ship you out a replacement.
If you want to keep these rhinestones sparkling, it’s important to wash carefully because they are very delicate. Clean with water and a mild soap, or alcohol to keep them sparkling. Most solvents can damage the foil backing on the rhinestone causing it to lose its luster and once this backing is gone the rhinestone will need to be replaced. Replacing individual rhinestones in a connector can be difficult, so it’s best to just avoid damage in the first place.
Along with washing, care also needs to be taken while wearing them. You must always avoid putting excessive strain or force on any connectors, such as sitting down or bending over. Connectors are not made of elastic, but metal and will break if enough stress is put on them. Although most are reinforced extreme caution needs to be given at a bikini show. Also, ensure the connectors are not twisted when storing your bikini. It can unfortunately be easy to harm the rhinestones and it is very important that they are well taken care of.
