What to Pack for Show Weekend: A Hair and Skin Care Checklist
Suit. Heels. Jewelry. Connectors. You have checked that list three times. But what about your hair and skin bag? Here is what to pack for show weekend so you are not hunting for a comb in a hotel bathroom at 5 AM.

What to Pack for Show Weekend: Hair
A wide-tooth comb
Leave-in detangler, for after your hair is washed and for the morning after the show
Hair serum, for the flyaways that stage lights love to find
Bobby pins, clips, and soft hair ties
A satin scarf or pillowcase, so your hair is not rubbing on a hotel pillow all night

What to Pack for Show Weekend: Skin
Your everyday face moisturizer
Body lotion and body butter for after the show, when your skin is ready for moisture again
A shower steamer for your first shower back home. You earned it.

What to Leave at Home
Perfume and body mist, until the tan is done
Anything new. Show week is not the time to try a product you have never used.
One Rule Above All
Your tanning company will tell you what can and cannot go on your skin before your tan. Their instructions come first, ahead of any checklist, including this one.
