Body Mist in Your Gym Bag: How to Use It After Training
Your gym bag is missing this. You packed your shaker, your lifting straps, your headphones, and a spare hair tie. Then you shower at the gym, get dressed, and walk into the rest of your day smelling like locker room soap. A body mist is the small thing that finishes the job. Here is what a body mist is and how to use it after training.

What Is a Body Mist?
A body mist is a light scent that you spray on your skin. It is lighter than perfume, so a couple of sprays after a shower is enough.
That is why it works in a gym bag. You are not getting ready for a night out. You are going from the locker room to work, to class, or to the grocery store.

How to Use Body Mist After Training
1. Shower first. A body mist goes on clean skin. It does not replace a shower.
2. Dry off well.
3. Spray from a few inches away. Your arms, shoulders, and collarbone are good spots. Two or three sprays is plenty.
4. Give it a few seconds to dry before you get dressed.
5. Be a good locker room neighbor. Spray at your own locker, not in a cloud by the mirrors.
6. Put it back in your bag. Cap on, upright, in a side pocket.
One note for prep: when your tan is close, leave it out. Your tanning team will want clean, bare skin, and that means no perfume. Our hair and skin care game plan for competitors covers tan day.
